Joan Cooke of Salthouse

In 1993 the two sisters Catriona (Chip) Galvin and Elizabeth Robertson who ran the Post Office, held a party in the shop to celebrate their 30 years occupation.

These pictures are from the Eastern Daily Press 1993 the sisters had more than 200 guests to the 'open house' party in Salthouse Post office.

The staff dressed up and Joan is one of them!
